  • Condition of Items: Items must be in good condition, meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any alterations. All original tags, labels, and packaging (e.g., garment bags or boxes) must be intact and included with the return. For instance, a shirt that has been worn or has missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, is required to process a return or exchange.

2. Return Options

  • Store Credit: If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit. This credit will be issued as an electronic gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our Website or in-store.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns

4. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Form of Refund: All refunds are issued as electronic gift cards (store credit), which can be used for future purchases on our Website or in-store. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
  • Amount of Refund: The store credit will cover the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any original delivery charges, taxes, or additional fees (e.g., shipping insurance). For example, if you paid $120 for a suit (including $20 for shipping), you’ll receive a $100 gift card upon return.
  • Gift Card Details: Electronic gift cards have no expiration date and can be combined with discount codes or other promotions during checkout. You’ll receive the gift card via email once the return is processed, typically within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.

5. Return Claims Process

  • Filing a Claim: Any claims for returns must be filed within 10 days of receiving your package. For example, if you received your order on April 5, 2025, you must file a return claim by April 15, 2025. Instead, you will receive an electronic gift card for the full amount spent on the products, minus any shipping and insurance fees. For example, if you ordered a $100 suit with $15 shipping and the package was returned to us, you’d receive an $85 gift card.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Our Commitment: If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or an incorrect size due to our error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you, provided the item is returned to us.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: For U.S. customers, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to send the incorrect or damaged item back to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the correct replacement within 2 business days, subject to availability.
  • Process: To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the item.

7. Exceptions to Returns
The following items or situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Non-Returnable Condition: Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing original tags and packaging will not be accepted. For example, a suit with a missing tag or signs of wear (e.g., stains or odors) will be rejected.
