Returns & Exchanges
Our primary objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Depending on the reason for the return and the product's condition, various options may be available to you.
Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in good condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Return Options
- Store Credit: Unsatisfactory items can be returned for store credit within 14 days.
- Final Sale: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Locations: Online items can be returned either in-store or online.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless we shipped the wrong item or size.
- Online Returns: For online returns, prepaid shipping labels are not provided. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as electronic gift cards, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit covers the product’s purchase price, excluding delivery charges. These gift cards have no expiration date and can be combined with discount codes.
Return Claims
- Claims must be filed within 10 days of receiving your package. Orders marked as "Return to Shipper" or "Refused" at our return center are not eligible for refunds but will receive an electronic gift card for the full amount spent, minus shipping and insurance fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In case of shipment damage or incorrect items, we will send a replacement upon receipt of the returned item. Prepaid return labels are provided for U.S. customers.
Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for items purchased over 15 days ago, items no longer available for sale, or items bought using store credit from a prior exchange.
- Items purchased at events, expos, or special events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for returns to be accepted.
