Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped using UPS Ground, a trusted and efficient carrier.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). - For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using significantly discounted UPS rates to keep your costs low. These rates are automatically applied based on your order weight and destination.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after the order has been shipped, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors like distance from our warehouse, weather conditions, or carrier delays. For example, orders shipped to rural areas may take closer to 5 days, while urban areas might receive them in 3 days.
*Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example, an order placed on Friday after business hours will be processed by Tuesday and shipped shortly after.
- Once processed, your order is handed over to UPS Ground for delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to ship.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the UPS website.
If you don’t see the tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers or incorrect ZIP codes) may cause delays or result in the package being returned to us.
- D&K Suit City is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some items, such as oversized or specialty products, may have specific shipping requirements or longer delivery times. These will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time, as UPS Ground requires a physical address for delivery.
